1) Details on the type of personal data collected and its use
Data relating to your marital status (Title, Last name, First name, Date of birth), your username, your email address, and two photos.
- All of this data will be used to create your account. It will allow you to log in to your account (email address / username).
- Two photos (one portrait and the other full-length) of your first name (or your username) will also be used during the game. This data will be shared with other users of the application.
- All of this information will also be used to secure the game (a complete profile allows other users to play in a secure environment). We will verify the personal data transmitted during the verification process.
Your location will be continuously recorded only when you use the application. If your application is in the background or closed, we will use your last recorded location when using the function « target location » or when using some of wildcards.
All communications between you and us may be recorded, including emails, text messages, phone calls, and even the use of our website, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
The responses to the closed questionnaire will be shared with other users as part of the game. These responses will also be combined with those of all participants to obtain anonymous data that may be shared with our business partners.
We will also collect your game choices and your actions in the game. This data will be analyzed to improve the services we offer you.
We also record your performance, namely the number of people you have found and the number of people who have found you, in order to establish a ranking. The various rankings can be viewed by other users, and they can also be published on social media. The only data transmitted in these rankings are first names (or usernames), rank, and winnings.
We keep a history of your conversations. They will only be viewed by our employees in the event of a report from another player.
You also grant us the ability to collect information about your phone (use of other applications, third-party software, etc.). This information is used to prevent or interrupt any fraudulent practices intended to harm our application or to cheat. This information may also allow us to provide you with technical support.

Our independent sales agents so that they can provide you with better service. In this case, the new contract will be sent to you by email and will replace the old one within 7 days. Your continued use of the application will be considered acceptance of the amendment.
8) Deletion of your user account
You wish to leave the OZHERS adventure and delete your user account? Two options:
- Either from the app, in the « My Account» section. Simply click on «Delete Account», then answer «YES» to the question «Are you sure you want to delete your account?». Your account will be deleted (in less than 24 hours).
- Or from the email address linked to your user account on the OZHERS app, send us an email to the following address: contact@ozhers.com, specifying the following subject: «Delete my account» (You can specify the reasons for deleting your account or simply leave the email blank).
Upon receipt of your email, we will send you a confirmation request within a maximum of 24 hours (this is to avoid any handling errors, as the deletion of your account will be final and irreversible).
You You will then just have to answer yes to our confirmation request and your account will be deleted (in less than 24 hours).
