HOW TO PLAY
THE REGISTRATION
Create your account from the app.
Like all players, you will have to answer a closed questionnaire (example: Scarlett Johansson or Anne Hathaway; Past or Future; Rio or Tokyo).
This questionnaire is used during the game: Each time you find the answer chosen by your opponent, a box covering his photo is revealed.
You will need to upload 2 photos. A first of your face so that your opponent can recognize you if he meets you during a game. For the second we let your creativity express itself, however, we must be able to identify you and see at least your face and your bust.
Photos should be representative of your current appearance.
THE SEARCH FOR A PARTY
To find a game near you, you must choose a city.
ATTENTION!!! For the search to be successful, when you type the city, you must select one of the suggestions made by the search engine.
Then all the parties present within the defined perimeter appear.
By clicking on one of the listed games you will have access to all the settings, you can also choose whether or not to join the game.
The parts displaying a padlock are parts accessible on condition of knowing the Pincode defined by the person who created it.
If you can't find a part you like, create one!
THE CONFRONTATION
During a game, you will always be in direct confrontation with two other participants: a target and a hunter. If one of them is eliminated, they will be replaced by another participant (until the end of the game).
You can unseal your target's photo using the questions displayed at the top of the screen. Each time you find out which answer your target gave, a square is revealed.
The game settings can be set so that a time delay elapses between two questions (this time delay can vary depending on whether the answer is correct or incorrect).
Throughout the game, you have private messages: one with your target, one with your hunter (and one with each person who was eliminated). The message with your target displays the answers you gave to questions during the confrontation. Each private message remains active for 48 hours after a player (your target, your hunter, or you) is eliminated.
There is also a FORUM (CHAT) that allows you to talk with all the players.
Once you have fully uncovered your target's photo, you will be able to see the second photo they saved when they registered.
Since you will have to regularly visit the game area, you may encounter them. This is when you will have one of the options to eliminate them: by clicking on the target-shaped tab (the 4th at the bottom of the screen) where there will be the « target spotted » function.
The function « target spotted » allows you to eliminate a target if it is within a certain distance (distance determined in each game). Be careful, the geolocation of each player is only done if the application is open, so you will have to be smart to ensure that the location of your target is refreshed (example: send him a message and wait for his response, if he has responded it means he has opened the app and the location has been updated).
If you pressed « target spotted » and it wasn't your target, then the function will be inaccessible for a certain time (time limit determined in each game).
From the start of a game, wildcards are scattered around the playing area. Wildcards can help you eliminate your target or pursuer, as well as other participants. They can also protect you or change the course of the game.
Wildcards are indicated on a map by beacons. To display the map, click on the first tab at the bottom left of the screen. As you approach one of the beacons, the hand-shaped tab lights up, allowing you to collect the wildcard (be quick; another player may also be trying to collect the same wild card).
You can access the collected wildcards by clicking on the tab in the bottom middle. As soon as you click on one of the collected wildcards, it is activated.

THE RULES OF THE GAME
STARTING A GAME
A player registers for a game by clicking on « join ». You can unregister from a game as long as it hasn't started.
A game can only start when the required number of players has been reached. If the required number of players has not been reached by the game start date, the game will be postponed for 24 hours.
At the start of a game, random number generator software assigns a number to each player (it is not possible to know the number assigned to you). Each player will receive the first name (or nickname) and the photo of the player to whom the software assigned the next number. The player assigned the last number will receive the first name (or nickname) and the photo of the player with number 1.
A game can be CONTINUOUSLY OPEN or CLOSED:
In « Continuously Open » games, all app users can register even after the game has started. A person registered during a game will enter the game when one of the players (already in the game) is eliminated.
In « Closed » games, it will not be possible to register for the game after it has started.
GAME MODES
There are two game modes; each game specifies which game mode will be applied to it:
DIRECT AND OPEN GAME:
Anyone can join the game (whether before or after the start date specified in the game information). There is no ranking.
In open games, an eliminated player can rejoin the game.
DIRECT AND CLOSED GAME:
To participate in these games, you must join before the start date specified in the game information. The winner will be the only one left in the game, after all other players have been eliminated.
In open games, an eliminated player can NO LONGER rejoin the game.
THE PLAYING AREA (temporarily disabled)
A play area is designated for each game. All players must visit the area periodically and validate a time of presence according to the terms and conditions specific to each game (by default, one minute per day, 4/7 days).
The validity of a player's presence in the play area is determined by the geolocation of the mobile phone on which the player connects. This mechanism is used so that application users can play with other application users who are in the same geographical area.
This obligation to be present in the play area may be temporarily suspended through exemption periods.
The waiver periods can be activated by each player according to their needs in order to suspend their participation for a certain period of time. The conditions of use of these waiver periods are specified in the information of each game, see « i ». when searching for a game or from « games in progress ».
JOKERS
Wildcards are scattered throughout the playing area during the various games. They are indicated by a marker. In each game, it will be indicated which wildcards will potentially be present, how often they will appear, and the maximum distance to catch them (25m by default).
Wildcards allow you to either eliminate one or more players, receive help, or change the course of the game (for all players).
Whenever a player is eliminated due to another player using a wildcard, the player who used the wildcard benefits from the player's elimination. In a tournament, an additional elimination will be counted for the person who used the wildcard, not for their pursuer.
ELIMINATING A PLAYER
- use the « target spotted » function and the player being pursued is not activated during an exemption period and is within a certain distance (the distance is specified in each game, see « i » then « Elimination XXm »).
If it is indeed the person you are looking for, they will be eliminated. WARNING!!! Please note that players' locations are only updated when they use the app (keep this in mind when trying to eliminate your target). Likewise, if your target hasn't updated their location in the last 24 hours, they will be eliminated (unless the player has activated an exemption period).
If, when using the « target spotted » function, it wasn't the person you were looking for, you will no longer be able to use the function for a certain period of time (the time specified in « i »).
Use an elimination wildcard. Some wildcards allow you to eliminate other players (for example: the COWABONGA wildcard). When a player is eliminated as a result of a wildcard, the player who used the wildcard counts as the elimination.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
These game rules may be subject to changes or adjustments at any time without prior notice. All changes will take effect when they appear on the company's website.
Each player has agreed, prior to any use of the application and especially before participating in any game, to comply with the application's general conditions of use. The game does not require physical contact. In the event of an attack on the integrity of another player or violence against a third party following use of the game, the company may close the user account and take any measures it deems necessary against the player who has engaged in reprehensible behavior.
In the event of a change in appearance following surgery or an accident, the player must contact our services as soon as this change occurs. The company will decide at its discretion what measures to take, namely suspending the user account; authorizing or not the change of photographs used in the game; authorizing or not the continuation of games in progress; as well as any other measures that the company deems necessary. Decisions taken by the company following this change may be contested with another of our services but cannot be appealed outside the company.
